Everything people tend to ask, in roughly the order they tend to ask it. If yours isn't here, the contact form is.
What is caffeine WATER?
Sparkling spring water with 80mg of natural caffeine. Tastes like water, works like coffee.
A revolution in awakeness and a departure from the old system of overpriced coffee and seriously unhealthy energy drinks.
Is the caffeine natural or synthetic?
100% Natural and Organic. It's extracted from green coffee beans (98% pure, food-grade). Same caffeine molecule, just sourced from a bean rather than a lab.
Is it an energy drink?
No. Energy drinks have around 20 ingredients and a skull on the label.
We know exactly what we are. We've read the ingredients list of other 'energy drinks' and we genuinely don't know what half of it is doing in there.
Different aisle, different idea.
Will it actually wake me up?
If 80mg of caffeine wakes you up, yes. If 80mg of caffeine doesn't wake you up, just have another.
Is it sugar-free? Sweetener-free?
Yes and yes.
How much caffeine is in a can?
80mg per 330ml can. Roughly one cup of coffee. Less than a Red Bull. Significantly less than a Monster. Exactly the amount you actually wanted before someone added 18 other things to it.
Does the Original taste like coffee?
No. It tastes like sparkling water — because that's what it mostly is. The caffeine is fully dissolved and doesn't bring much flavour with it. Intentionally.
What's in the Lime + Salt one?
Sparkling spring water, natural caffeine, a small amount of real lime juice, and a pinch of Baja Gold mineral sea salt from the Sea of Cortez. Four ingredients. Still no sugar, still no sweeteners.
The salt is there for trace minerals and hydration, not saltiness. It's the bit Gary Brecka would put in a glass of water at 6am, except we did it for you and put it in a can.
Where does the water come from?
A UK spring. We name the source on the can — and if your can doesn't say spring water, its probably from a London tap. Yep...
How many calories?
Original: 0 kcal.
Lime + Salt: about 1 kcal, from trace sugars naturally present in the lime juice. We'd round it down but the regulator prefers we don't.
Is it vegan / gluten-free / dairy-free?
Yes to all three. The only way it could be more of those things is if we sold you an empty can.
Can children drink it?
No. Like coffee, tea, and most caffeinated drinks, it isn't recommended for children, or for anyone pregnant or breastfeeding. The can carries the standard high-caffeine label as required by UK law.
Where can I buy it?
Right here, by the case. We're rolling out to gyms, independents, and selected retailers through 2026. If your local shop should be stocking us and isn't, tell us — we'll take it from there.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes. Aluminium cans are infinitely recyclable. Drop yours in the recycling. It'll come back as a bike, a window frame, or another caffeineWATER can.
Can I drink it before the gym?
That's one of the reasons it exists. 80mg of clean caffeine, no sugar crash, no fluorescent tongue. The Lime + Salt has a touch of mineral salt, which some people prefer pre-workout.
How many cans is too many?
UK and EU food safety guidance suggests up to 400mg of caffeine per day for most healthy adults. That's five cans.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Absolutely!
Are you hiring / can I work with you?
Absolutely! We're always looking to work with great people. If you think there's a reason we should be talking, send us a note.
